Our Cutting and Welding Torch Kit features a set of oxygen and propylene tanks as well as the required torch heads, hoses, regulators, and everything else you'll need to cut, bend, or gas-weld steel. Propylene is used rather than acetylene because it's more economical and gives a much cleaner cut than acetylene, and actual torch operation is similar. The torch kit doesn't include gas in the rental rate. Oxygen and gas are charged by the pound and it's expected that propylene will be used at a rate of 1/4 of oxygen. Extra tanks are available for larger jobs and can be rotated out for fresh ones once empty. The tanks come on a compact hand truck and the torch, hoses, and regulators come in an easy-to-carry protective toolbox.
